We offer full after-sales quality guarantee. If defective products are caused by our production error, we will reproduce replacements free of charge or provide corresponding compensation. Our support team replies all inquiries within 24 hours to solve product, shipping and quality issues efficiently.

What payment and shipping terms do you accept for bulk orders?
Flexible payment methods include Trade Assurance, T/T and Western Union. Multiple shipping solutions are optional: DHL/FedEx/UPS air express for small orders, sea freight and air cargo for large bulk shipments, FOB Guangzhou port is our regular trade term.

Do you sign NDAs to protect my brand design and logo privacy?
Absolutely. We can sign formal Non-Disclosure Agreements for all OEM & ODM partners. Most of our long-term cooperative global brands require strict confidentiality, so we cannot display their brand logos on our website to avoid commercial information leakage, thanks for your understanding.

Are your metal hardware compliant with international export standards?
All our metal fittings pass REACH, RoHS and CA65 environmental lab tests with SGS certification. We implement strict salt spray anti-rust testing and full-process QC inspection to meet export requirements for Europe, USA, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

What materials are available for custom metal buckles and bag fittings?
Four mainstream metal materials for selection: cost-effective zinc alloy, premium solid brass, rust-resistant stainless steel, lightweight aluminum. For matching belts, we also supply full-grain genuine leather, canvas, nylon and PU leather straps to match self-produced buckles.

Can I get pre-production samples before bulk custom order?
Yes, custom pre-production samples are available for your quality and design confirmation. Sample fees will be refunded accordingly once you place the bulk order and reach up certain quantity. We support sending samples via DHL, FedEx and UPS with fast door-to-door delivery.

What is your MOQ for custom belt buckles and bag hardware?
For stock hardware with simple logo printing, MOQ starts at 100 pcs, negotiable for small trial orders. If you need exclusive new mold development for unique designs, the standard MOQ is 500 pcs. Our sales team can adjust MOQ according to your actual project demand.
