In-House Manufacturing Capabilities
Our core manufacturing processes include:
- Zinc alloy die-casting for complex decorative and functional components.
- Metal stamping for suitable flat and formed components.
- CNC precision machining for detailed structural features.
- Manual and automated polishing for different surface requirements.
- PVD coating and other surface-finishing processes.
For additional production capacity and specialized processes, we also work with a network of 12 partner factories.
Engineering Support and Quality Management
Our team includes three CAD specialists who support technical drawings, and product development. Before tooling begins, our engineering team can review designs, assess manufacturability, and recommend adjustments to dimensions or structures where necessary.
